GOOD QUESTIONS

A little clarity
before you begin.

What to expect from the studio and the agent trial.

Who is Broker Studio for?+

Real estate agents who want a simpler way to organize and prepare property photos. Created for real estate agents in Charlotte and beyond.

Can I start editing immediately?+

Open the guest studio from the Start Free page. It starts a private guest workspace in your browser, with no password. Staff access is separate.

Do I need to enter a credit card?+

No. Your first 50 original photos and 10 AI edits are free in the free trial. Paid editing begins only after you select a plan and confirm payment through Stripe. Checkout is awaiting merchant activation.

Will I see other agents’ photos?+

No. The guest workspace is private to this browser. Keep browser data to return to it; staff albums are separate. Account-based access is in development.

Are my original photos replaced?+

No. The editor retains the original photos alongside edited versions.

What happens if I see a rate limit?+

The image service may temporarily limit processing. The queue can pause and retry temporary rate limits. Keep the studio tab open; billing or quota issues may require help.

Are the edits guaranteed to be accurate?+

No. AI may change details or introduce artifacts. Review every result against the original and do not publish an inaccurate image.

Can I use edited images on the MLS?+

Check your MLS and brokerage rules first. Disclose virtual staging and other changes as required. Broker Studio does not certify MLS compliance.

What if I need more storage or edits?+

The free guest workspace holds 50 originals and 10 AI edits. The listed $100, $175 and $300 monthly plans include 150, 350 and 700 AI edits respectively, each with 25 GB storage. Stripe checkout will open once merchant setup is complete.

How do I send feedback?+

Use the feedback email link below. Include the property folder, edit type, what you expected and what happened. Do not email passwords or private client information.
